Bruce MacKay

About The Artist:
For as long as he can remember Bruce aspired to be an artist, this,combined with his early love and fascination with cars goes along way to explain his  current success as an international automotive artist.

Bruce first indulged two of the great loves of his life (his lovely ladies and his golf being the others) as a London based automotive advertising art director.

He has worked on many of the worlds leading marques as an graphic designer and art director.  His time working on understanding and presenting the personalities of  production cars to  the public gave him an insight into  the essence of automotive design and the numerous international photographic sessions he conducted honed his already considerable awareness of light and colour.

After becoming a full time motorsport artist, worldwide gallery exhibitions, as well as  The Goodwood Festival of Speed and The Donnington Collection have made Bruces work, both prints and originals much sought after by the worlds discerning motorsport collectors.

Although Bruce is now using  his main medium of acrylic on canvas to express his new loves of  motorbikes and American motorsport,  commissions, both corporate and private are more than welcome.
