John Hancox was born in Leicestershire (UK) and has been drawing and painting for fun and professionally for over 40 years, covering a variety of subjects including classic and vintage racing cars and motorcycles. John has worked as a freelance technical illustrator for a variety of companies including Prodrive in Banbury where he was the illustrator for the Subaru World Rally Team.
