New artists are a rarity at Car Art, Inc. Almost 450 from 36 countries have applied but we only accept the best. Ideally, each one brings something distinctively different to our stable. Here`s a prime example:
Large Scale Murals
John Gable
Listed in Who`s Who in American Art, this former car designer specializes in painting murals and large canvases of the automobile and its effect on society.
The History of the Automobile — a mural gracing the Automotive Hall of Fame in Dearborn, Michigan — is the largest since Diego Rivera`s famous Detroit Industry in 1933. To give you a better idea of its 12×65 ft. size, click here to see this and other murals to scale, in different artistic styles.
Large Scale PhotoArt
Barry Malone
Like John, Barry left Art Center with an Industrial Design degree and now specializes in large artworks. You can order his prints up to lifesize! Father`s Day Special: purchase his 4 or 6 ft. canvases at a 30% discount.

I just completed this acrylic on canvas of a 1956 Chrysler Imperial. The painting will debut at the 15th Annual AACA Museum Car Show in Hershey PA June 26. The painting will be accompanied by the ’56 Imperial featured in the painting.
Few people can afford a gem like this, but everyone can own it in art. Only one man has been trusted to record a formal image, and reproductions up to life-size are only available through Car Art, Inc.
I’ve been experimenting a bit more with some digital paintings. This time I’m starting with a very loose thumbnail which quickly disappears under the ‘paint’. That way I can concentrate more on painting rather than colouring in a drawing. I’m hoping to do a whole series of these…

For the first time I am offering an open edition poster print of the California Kid. This print measures 14 x 24 and is printed on heavy stock coated paper. This print is available at my site www.route66forever.com
