Woodies At The Station
I just completed this painting featuring three wood bodied cars from the 1940s. A 1947 Nash, 1942 Buick and a 1947 Pontiac. Also featured are a couple of Pennsylvania Railroad trains. The painting will be displayed during the opening of the AACA Museum’s “Ash & Maple Marvels: Wood Bodied Cars 1910 – 1953” in September. The painting will then go up for auction at this year’s “Night At The Museum” auction at the AACA Museum in Hershey, PA in October. Dan Reed »
