Mystery Artist

We were contacted by someone who recently purchased the attached artwork at an auction. Each of these works are signed in pencil “P. Mc. W”.

They want to know who the artist is and/or if they have any value.

We did a search ourselves but couldn’t find anything. Any help would be appreciated.
