We’re Back Online!!!

We are back online, sorry for being away so long!

About two weeks ago we had noticed a few connection issues on our servers. These problems became worse over time and on a Friday our server’s hard drive went down.

The server company wasn’t able to produce any backup files but moved us right away to new servers. We spent time working from our own backups, which were about a week and half old. On the new servers we ran into DNS issues. Later we noticed connection issues on the new server, which concerned us, so after more investigation we decided to move everything to another server company.

Once again on new servers, we set everything up and started to resolve our DNS in order to get online. Well that is where we ran into a DNS issue with our registrar. We went back and forth with support tickets until we were able to find a resolve to the issue.

Again we are sorry about the downtime, it was something that was really out of our hands. With our backups being about a week and half old, some updates will be missing.
