My latest commissioned project is in the beginning stages; a 1966 Chevy Panel Truck, that I am going to turn into a rat rod. It seems that the popularity of the “Rat Rods” is growing across all age groups. They have always been a favorite of mine. They are abstract works of art.

I have just completed the attached commission from Gilbert Adams depicting his father, Ronnie Adams, in the Jaguar works XK140 tackling the Prescott Hill Climb stage of the 1956 RAC Rally.

The painting is in acrylic on canvas board and Gilbert Adams has very generously donated it to the Jaguar Heritage.

Long gone at the bottom of a cliff, now a park, the old Alder probably was a seedling when these were pushed over, 18 x 24″ pastel from life
